Beautiful rural property, completely legal, located in a pretty spot ten minutes away from Algaida. The access is through and old path unpaved, but there’s the possibility of building a new one which would make it much easier and quicker to get to the house.
On the ground floor we find the hall, the dining room and a living room with a big chimney, one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen of 20 m2 approximately.
